EMPLOYMENT
PROFILE
I have had over 15 years experience in the property market and
so am well versed with the peaks, troughs and static market
conditions that can prevail. I started as a part-time negotiator
with Colette Gunter in Formby and progressed after 3 years
training to valuing. I was appointed Sales Manager and during my
time there helped the company win the Estate Agent of the Year
award, a national competition run by the NAEA. I was then
approached by another local agent Michael Moon in Formby
and became Sales Manager for 5 years helping to establish it as
arguably the number one agent in the area. In 2000 I went into
partnership in Maghull and subsequently sold my share to my
business partner in 2003. I was then approached by another
independent agent in Southport to help temporarily run two
offices until KMC was launched. The KMC concept was first
discussed in 2000 and I was delighted when Ged Massie and Stuart
Keppie (Keppie Massie) were
able to secure our fabulous offices in 2004 which will further
be enhanced during 2005.
